电针穴位对电刺激外周神经所致脑电与血压变化的调整作用

摘　　要：在针刺实验研究中,常以电击动物某神经干作为伤害性刺激造成致痛的模型。实质上,电刺激神经干时动物机体产生着多系统多方面的反应。The experiments were carried out on rabbits.While peroneal nerve was stimulated by electricpulses,the amplitude of EEG activity was decreasedin 29 cases of 33 cases;mean arterial pressure wassignificantly decreased in 46 of 48 cases.Whileacupoints were stimulated by EA,the amplitude ofEEG activity was increased,and the wave form wasgetting regularity.Electro-Acupuncture(EA)madethe changes of EEG and Bp induced by stimulatingperoneal nerve weaken significantly,P<0.01.Whileperoneal nerve was stimulated,the power spectra ofdelta and theta rhythm were increased,and those ofalpha and beta rhythm were decreased;while acupo-ints were stimulated by EA,the power spectra ofdelta and theta rhythm were reduced,but those ofalpha and beta rhythm were increased.In all exper-imental rabbits,it was shown that the frequency ofEEG activity was increased and the wave form wasgetting regularity following a rise in blood pressure.It suggests that the effects of EA therapy on org(?)-nism display whole regulatory function.
