摘　　要：马克思的著作《资本论》及手稿是马克思在深入分析资本主义生产方式的基础上,对社会伦理进行历史唯物主义实证性研究的重要著作。从对《资本论》及手稿的研究历史上看,除了纯粹经济学方面的研究外,还始终存在着哲学伦理学的研究路向。目前,对《资本论》及手稿的伦理学探究要从主题式的理论梳理深化为道德哲学的阐释,以廓清马克思建立在经济学批判基础上的道德哲学理论;全面挖掘、开发《资本论》及手稿的伦理思想资源,为当代德治提供理论依据。这在实施以德治国方略的今天意义重大。Karl Marx made a historical materialism and substantial study of the social ethics in his On Capital and its manuscripts,based upon penetrating far into the essence of mode of material production.From history of the study of Marx＇s Capital and its manuscripts,there was always an ethical subject for discussion about them.This dissertation intends to concentrate on a synthetic and systematic study of Marx＇s thoughts of moral philosophy on his critique of Political Economics.In the course of exploring the ideological resource from the perspective of Ethics,which provides the base for ruling of virtue in the coordinates of theory and practice,it is extremely significant indeed for the enforcement of the strategy of ruling of virtue.
