摘 要:目的:开发地高辛个体化给药方案血药浓度数据处理程序,确定地高辛有效血药浓度范围。方法:采用VB6.0开发程序,在WIN98操作系统上运行;对经荧光偏振免疫法测定的血药浓度数据运用该程序处理。结果:该程序具有估算药动学参数、建立有效血药浓度范围、管理血药浓度监测数据、回顾性分析、预测血药浓度趋势等功能;确定地高辛的理想有效血药浓度范围为0.58~2.01ng/ml。结论:该程序是开展治疗药物监测工作非常实用的工具。开展血药浓度监测并建立理想的有效血药浓度范围并对血药浓度趋势预测是非常必要的。Objective: To develop individualized digoxin dosage regimen of plasma concentration data pro- cessing procedures to determine the effective plasma digoxin concentration range. Methods: VB6.0 to develop program, in the WIN98 operating systems; by fluorescence polarization immunoassay for the determination of plasma concentration data using the program research. Results: The program has to estimate the pharma- eokinetie parameters, an effective blood concentration range, monitoring data management, retrospective a- nalysis, forecasting trends of plasma concentration; determine the ideal digoxin effective blood concentration range is 0. 58 ~ 2.01ng/ml. Conclusion: The therapeutic drug monitoring program is a very useful tool. To carry out therapeutic drug monitoring is ideal and effective, forecasting blood concentration is necessary.
