摘  要:采用文献资料法,专家访谈法,数理统计法,实验研究等,以江苏省15~17岁年龄组游泳运动员为实验对象。依据实验前测数据,按不同性别、泳式和运动水平进行编组,将实验对象平均分为实验组和对照组,在常规的体能训练中进行为期12周的悬吊训练实验。对实验前后受试者各项指标的变化情况进行对比分析,结果显示实验组的测试指标成显著性差异(P<0.05),悬吊训练(S-E-T)对提高游泳运动员的专项成绩具有积极的意义。This paper uses literature, expert interviews, statistics and experimental research methods to analyze swimmers aged 15- 17 in Jiangsu province. Based on the experimental pre - test data, gender, level of swimming and sports - style grouping, the subjects were divided into experimental and control groups and did physical fitness training in the regular 12-week suspension for a training experiment. The indicator change of were experimental subjects before and after training compared. The test results showed that the experimental group had a significant difference between index (P 〈 0.05 ), and Suspension Training ( S - E - T) could improve the swimmers'performance.
