后奥运时期河北省体育专业大学生就业力问题探析

摘　　要：大学生择业是在理想与现实、社会需求与自身实力、追求个性与社会规范等各种矛盾中的艰难选择。在北京奥运会结束的时期,在"体育大国"向"体育强国"迈进的社会转轨阶段,具备现代体育发展理念的高素质体育人才的培养和出现将是社会发展的需求,政府、学校、学生三方面必将形成合力,围绕新时期的体育发展目标,树立以提升"就业力"为核心的人才培养观,不断夯实体育生的实力根基,不断适应时代要求。提升体育生的职业能力也将推动体育经济和产业以及促进我国群众体育的蓬勃发展。It is a difficult way for the graduates to find a good job, which is a process tun of contra- dictions, for example, the ideal and the reality, the social - demand and the self - strength, the individuality and the standard, and so on. During the period of social transformation from a large to a strong power of sports after the Beijing Olympic Games, there exists an inevitable demand of the times for the high - quality, sports, personnel modem conceptions. The author suggests that we should elevate the employment - ability of the graduates majoring in sports in order to promote the development of sport - economics and to advance the progress of mass sports in China.
