摘  要:以金属热还原法制备了V-Ti-Fe合金,主要考察了原料中V2O5与TiO2质量比R对炉渣初晶温度及合金成分的影响。结果表明,随着R的降低,渣体的初晶温度显著升高,所得合金中Ti含量和Al、O杂质含量也明显增加,Si含量则基本不变。XRD、SEM和EDS分析结果表明,所制备合金均具有钒基固溶体结构。合金中Ti存在一定偏析,部分集中于富钛相内。当R≤0.6时,在合金中检测到了明显的Al-O夹杂相。V-Ti-Fe alloy was prepared by metallothermic reduction, and impacts of the material mass ratio of V20s to TiO2 (denoted as R) on liquidus temperature of the slag and composition of the alloy were investi- gated. The results show that with R decreasing, liquidus temperature of the slag obviously increases, the content of Ti,A1,O also increases in the resultant alloy,but the content of Si is almost unchanged. The re- suits from XRD,SEM and EDS show that the resultant alloys have vanadium-based solid solution structure. There is a certain Ti segregation in alloy,for titanium-rich phase is detected. When the value of R is 0.6,obvious A1-O inclusion can be detected in the alloy.
