摘  要:对影响高频加热红外吸收法测定金属铍中碳的多种因素进行了研究,重点考察了钨锡粒、钨粒+铜粒等助熔剂对铍粉中碳释放的影响。结果表明,当铍粉称样量为100mg时,加入1.8g的钨锡粒助熔剂,可使铍粉中的碳释放完全。当铍粉碳含量为800μg/g左右时,方法的相对标准偏差小于4.0%,碳的加标回收率为98%~102%。The factors affecting carbon determination in beryllium metal were studied by high-frequency heating infrared absorption spectrometry. The influences of fluxes on carbon release from beryllium powder were emphatically investigated such as tungsten and tin particles, and tungsten and copper particles. The results show that carbon can be completely released under the conditions of 100 mg beryllium powder sam- ple and 1.8 g tungsten and tin particles as the flux. When the carbon content in beryllium powder is 800μg/g,the relative standard deviation is less than 4. 0%, and the standard recovery of carbon is 980/00 102%.
