摘　　要：分析了下运带式输送机用调速系统的特点,针对下运带式输送机使用中的问题,提出一种具有断电制动功能的开关磁阻电动机调速装置技术方案,解决下运输送带断电溜车的技术难题。同时,利用开关磁阻电动机响应快的特点,可以有效解决多机同步调速运行时负载分配不均衡的问题。The features of downward belt conveyor speed regulation system are analyzed. According to the application of downward belt conveyor, the technique proposal of switched reluctance motor speed regulation is putting forward, this device has the function of cut off brake function, which can work out the technique difficulties of downward belt conveyor sliding. The quickly response of switched reluctance motor can effectively solve the problems of distribution imbalance for multi-motors spontaneous speed regulation operation.
