摘  要:结合连续三年对任职教育院校学员进行组训带教的成功经验,总结出"教员导师制"、"学员小组施训制"、"网络课程教学资源跟踪制"为主要内容的"三位一体"组训模式,对组训过程中具体的实施方法给予详细阐述,突出"三位一体"训练模式注重发挥教员、学员主观能动性和教学资源辅助教学功能的特点。Combined with three consecutive years for education colleges to students with the successful experience of organization training,sums up the "mentor system","student group training system" ,"teaching resources of the network course tracking system" as the main contents of the "trinity" mode. The specific methods in the training are given detailed elaboration faculty, and some characteristics in "trinity" training mode as subjective initiative of mentor and students, teaching resources of the aux- iliary teaching function are emphasized.
