摘　　要：目的总结经翼点入路手术治疗前交通动脉瘤的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2003～2010年收治的27例前交通动脉瘤患者经翼点入路显微神经外科手术治疗资料。结果恢复良好21例,中度残疾4例,重度残疾1例,死亡1例。手术效果较满意。结论经翼点入路是前交通动脉瘤手术首选,手术操作直接影响预后。熟练掌握局部解剖,术前仔细阅片,术中精细操作加必要的手术技巧是成功的法宝。Objective To summarize the microscopic surgical treatment of the anterior communicating artery aneu- rysm. Methods 27 cases of anterior communicating aneurysmal patients underwent microsurgery through pterional ap- proach were retrospectively analyzed. Results 13 patients were perfectly recovered,2 suffered from moderate disability, 2 suffered from severe disability and 1 case was dead. Conclusion The surgery of anterior communicating artery aneu- rysm via pterional approach is preferred and the operation affect the prognosis directly. Familiarizing local anatomy, read- ing films carefully and necessary surgical skills are to be the magic weapon.
