摘　　要：目的探讨新的病历归档管理模式的效果与应用价值。方法对新的病历归档管理模式与传统病历归档管理模式进行回顾性分析,比较两种模式在两个季度的三日归档率情况。结果新的病历归档管理模式的三日归档率高于传统病历归档管理模式的归档率,两者相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新的病历归档管理模式优于传统病历归档管理模式,新的病历归档管理模式不但提高了病历的三日归档率,还大大提高了病案室、医生和护士的满意度,具有推广应用价值。Objective To study management mode of medical records filing and improve the medical records filing rate. Methods Retrospective study was used to determine the difference of three-day filing rate by application of novel or tradition archiving method respectively in two quarters. Results The higher medical records filed rate was observed when novel medical archiving mode had been adopted （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The new model of medical archive management is superior to the traditional one in filling rate, and can greatly improve the satisfaction of staffs of case department as well as doctors and nurses.
