摘　　要：本文在对我国国有旅游饭店资本存量绩效、缺陷以及成因分析的基础上，结合当前国有旅游饭店改制的外部条件，寻求较为现实的对策思路，以探讨国有旅游饭店资本存量结构调整的途径。The article, considering the external conditions of system reform of the state-owned tourist hotels, and based on the analysis of the performance of exiting assets(achievernent, problems and causes) of the state - owned tourist hotels in our country, explores ways of structure adjustment for existing assets of these hotels and seeks realistic solutions.
