摘　　要：[目的]探讨重型颅脑损伤病人的病情观察与护理配合。[方法]总结分析132例重型颅脑损伤病人的护理过程,强调护理人员要严密观察病情,采取针对性的护理措施,积极预防并发症的发生。[结果]132例重型颅脑损伤病人中,康复出院98例(74.24%),好转21例(15.91%),死亡13例(9.85%)。[结论]科学严密的病情观察和完善有效的护理措施,可提高病人治愈率,降低并发症的发生率、致残率和病死率。Objective：To probe into the observation and nursing combination of 132 cases of patients with severe craniocerebral injury. Methods： the nursing process was summarized and analyzed in a total of 132 cases of patients with severe craniocerebral injury, and emphasized that nursing staff should closely observe the patients conditions, take the targeted nursing measures, and actively prevent the occurrence of complications. Results. In 132 cases of severe craniocerebral inj ury patients, 98 cases recovered and discharged（74. 24 % ）, 21 cases improved（15.91%）, 13 cases died（9.85 %）. Conclusion ： Rigorous and scientific observation and sound and effective nursing measures can improve the cure rate, decrease the incidence ity rate. of complications, disability rate and fatal
