摘  要:在室内测定了博落回乙醇提取物对松梢螟幼虫的生物活性。结果表明:博落回提取物对松梢螟幼虫的生物活性随浓度的升高而增强。在提取液为100 g/L供试浓度下,松梢螟幼虫24 h、48 h的拒食率分别为92.62%和91.95%,显著高于其他浓度;生长抑制率分别为95.20%(24 h)和92.43%(48 h),处理后96 h的生长抑制率亦高达90.80%;对3龄幼虫的触杀作用高于5龄幼虫,处理后24 h、48 h的校正死亡率分别为86.67%和76.66%,与标准药剂对照噻虫啉的效果没有明显差异。可见,博落回提取物对松梢螟幼虫具有一定的生物活性。Bioactivities of Macleya cordata ethanol extracts on the larvae of Dioryctria splendidella were preliminarily tested in laboratory by measuring antifeedant activities, body weight gains and contact toxicity against the larvae ofD. splendidella after treated with the M. cordata extracts. The results indicate that the higher the extracted concentrations, the more obvious of the bioactivities to the pests were. 100 g/L ethanol extracts had good effect on the larva, the non-selective antifeedant rate were 92.62% and 91.95% after 24 hours and 48 hours. Compared the effects of other extracted concentrations the differences were significantly. The growth inhibiting rate of 100 g/L ethanol extracts were 95.20% and 92.43% after 24 hours and 48 hours, and it also reached to 90.80% after 96 hours. When the extracted concentration in 100g/L, the contact toxicity against the 3th instar larvae was higher than that of the 5th instar, and the corrected mortality were 86.67% and 76.66% after treated 24 and 48 hours, the effects were the same as the pesticides thiacloprid. The findings proved that the Macleya cordata extracts had some bioactivities against the larvae of D. splendidella.
