摘 要:采用1、2代马尾松林土壤浸提液,研究1、2代马尾松林的不同浓度土壤浸提液对马尾松种子萌发及芽苗生长的影响,结果表明:不同浓度土壤浸提液对种子萌发的影响差异极显著,随着浸提液浓度降低,种子发芽率及发芽势均增加。栽种代数对种子萌发的影响不显著。1代林土壤当浸提液浓度为1︰20时,芽苗生长的最好,而2代林土壤当浸提液浓度为1︰10时,芽苗生长最好。浸提液浓度与栽种代数对芽苗生长的影响均不显著。发芽试验结果表明:马尾松连栽2代后,自毒作用不明显。Pinus massoniana seedlings were treated with different concentrations of soil extracts from the first and second generation of P. massoniana stands. The results indicate that each concentration level of soil extracts had obvious differences in seed germination. The lower the concentration was, the higher the germination rate and germination energy were. The aqueous extracts from replant soil had no significant effect on seed germination. When the concentration was 1 : 20 of soil extracts from the first generation ofP. massoniana forests, the growth of seedling was better than other treatments. And when the concentration was 1 : 10 from the second generation, the seedlings grew best. Even so, there were no significant effects on seedling growth with the concentration of soil extracts and the generation of successive planting. The results of germination experiments show that there was no obvious autotoxicity of P. massoniana when the second generation ofP massoniana was replanted.
