摘 要:采用LI-8100开路式土壤C通量测定系统,对去根处理的樟树人工林土壤呼吸进行了为期1 a的观测。结果表明:去根处理和对照的土壤呼吸速率均呈现显著的季节性变化,土壤CO2呼吸速率月平均值变化动态呈单峰曲线;对照处理土壤呼吸速率变化范围为1.426~5.641μmol·m-2s-1,去根处理后的土壤呼吸速率范围为1.137~4.257μmol·m-2s-1;去除根系的土壤呼吸速率与5 cm土壤温度之间均呈显著指数相关(P=0.000),与5 cm土壤湿度之间呈二次曲线相关(P=0.012)。根系是影响土壤CO2通量的一个重要因子。Soil respiration was measured with Li-8100 soil CO2 efflux system in Cinnamomum camphora plantation in forest park of Changsha, Hunan, with de-rooting treatments and trenching method, from August 2009 to July 2010. The results show that the soil respiration had a significant seasonal change both in the trenched plots and the control plots. The rates of soil CO2 efflux were about 1.426 - 5.641 umol.m-2.s-1 in the trenched plots, and 1.137 - 4.257 umol.m-2s-1 in the control plots, respectively. The soil respiration rate in the trenched plots exhibited a highly markedly exponential correlation with the soil temperature at 5 cm depth (P =0.000) ( without living roots) and a highly markedly quadric relationship with the soil moisture at 5 cm depth ( P=0.012 ) . The results indicate that the root system was an important factor affecting soil CO2 efflux, soil temperature and soil moisture in forest.
