摘　　要：针对目前护环质量及其热锻工艺中存在的问题 ,通过对热成形技术的分析 ,提出了护环扩挤复合成形新工艺。并经过理论分析 (FEM)和模拟试验 ,证明了新工艺的先进性和可行性.In accordance with weakness in hot forging and quality of retaining ring,a new expanding extrusion complex forming process is put forward through analyzing the traditional hot forming process.The advance and feasibility of the new process has been proved by theory analysis(FEM) and the modeling test.
