摘　　要：[目的]探讨智能化手腕带在危重病人身份识别中的应用。[方法]选择重症监护病房住院危重病人316例为对照组采用传统的身份识别手段,354例为观察组应用智能化手腕带进行身份识别。[结果]观察组未发生护理差错,对照组发生8例(2.53%)。[结论]结合医院信息系统平台,应用无线识别技术及智能化手腕带对危重病人进行身份确认,可提高医嘱执行的准确性,提高护理安全。Objective:To probe into the application of intelligent wrist strap in identification of critically ill patients.Methods:316 cases of critically ill inpatients in ICU were selected as control group,and they used the traditional means of identification,354 cases were taken as observation group,and they used intelligent wrist band for identification.Results:The care errors did not occurred in observation group,the control group,8 cases of care errors occurred in control group(2.53%).Conclusion: Combined with the hospital information system platform,the application of radio frequency identification technology and intelligent wrist band for identification of critically ill patients can enhance the accuracy of the execution of doctor's orders and improve nursing safety.
