外剥内扎保齿术治疗混合痔48例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察外剥内扎保齿术治疗混合痔的临床疗效。方法:将92例单纯性混合痔患者随机分为治疗组48例和对照组44例,分别采用外剥内扎保齿术和外剥内扎术治疗;观察两组的临床疗效及手术时间、住院时间、创面愈合时间和并发症情况。结果:两组的总有效率均为100%,组间临床疗效比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组患者的手术时间、住院时间及创面愈合时间较对照组均明显缩短(P<0.05),术后应用镇痛药物及发生便血的病例数较对照组亦明显减少(P<0.05)。结论:外剥内扎保齿术具有疗效好、操作简单、并发症少、术后恢复快等优点,可用于混合痔的临床治疗。Objective ： To observe the effects of method of external dissection and internal ligation with dental line reserved in treating mixed hemorrhoids. Methods： Ninety-two patients with mixed hemorrhoids were randomly divided into treatment group （ n = 48 ） and control group （ n = 44 ）. The treatment group was treated by method of external dissection and internal liga- tion with dental line reserved, and the control group was treated by method of external dissection and internal ligation. The clin- ical effects, operation time, hospitalization time, wound healing time and complications were observed. Results： The total ef- fective rates of two groups were both 100%, with no statistical difference between two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. The operation time, hospitalization time and wound healing time of treatment group were shorter than those of control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the num- ber of the cases who used the analgesic drugs or complained of bloody stool after operation in treatment group was less than that in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion,. The method of external dissection and internal ligation with dental line reserved has good effects with simple operation, fewer complications and fast recovery and can be used in treating mixed hemorrhoids.
