促愈熏洗方不同浓度和熏洗时间对痔术后并发症疗效的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察不同浓度促愈熏洗方及不同熏洗时间对混合痔内扎外剥术后并发症疗效的影响。方法:将240例痔术后患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组再根据不同浓度与熏洗时间各分为4个亚组。共8组,各30例。A组:给予6%促愈熏洗方,熏洗时间10 min;B组:6%痔疾洗液,熏洗时间10 min;C组:3%促愈熏洗方,熏洗时间20 min;D组:3%痔疾洗液,熏洗时间20 min;E组:6%促愈熏洗方,熏洗时间20 min;F组:6%痔疾洗液,熏洗时间20 min;G组:3%促愈熏洗方,熏洗时间10 min;H组:3%痔疾洗液,熏洗时间10 min。疗程14 d。观察治疗后各组创面疼痛、水肿、出血、渗液、瘙痒及发热等并发症疗效。结果:G组的综合疗效最好(P<0.05),且其术后并发症的缓解优于其他各组(P<0.05)。结论:促愈熏洗方低浓度(3%)短时间(10 min)对痔术后并发症的缓解效果最优。Objective： To observe the effect of ＂ Cuyu Xunxi Formula＂ and ＂Zhiji Fumigation Formula＂ on patients after mixed hemorrhoidectomy. Methods： Two hundred and forty cases were randomized into eight groups, 30 cases in each group. A group was treated with 6% ＂Cuyu Xunxi Formula＂ for 10 minutes; B group was treated with 6% ＂Zhiji Fumigation Formula＂ for 10 minutes; C group was treated with 3 % ＂Cuyu Xunxi Formula＂ for 20 minutes; D group was treated with 3 % ＂Zhiji Fumigation Formula＂ for 20 minutes; E group was treated with 6% ＂Cuyu Xunxi Formula＂ for 20 minutes; F group was treated with 6% ＂Zhiji Fumigation Formula＂ for 20 minutes; G group was treated with 3% ＂Cuyu Xunxi Formula＂ for 10 minutes; H group was treated with 3% ＂Zhiji Fumigation Formula＂ for 10 minutes, with a course of 14 days. The curative effect of pain of wound, edema, bleeding, effusion, itching and fever were observed. Results： The therapeutic effect in G group was the best （ P 〈 0.05 ）, and the relief of postoperative complications was better than the other groups （ P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusion ： 3% ＂Cuyu Xunxi Formula＂ in the treatment of postoperative complications for 10 minutes is most effective.
