摘  要:目的:观察丹参多酚酸盐(Salvianolate)对慢性肾功能衰竭大鼠肾功能和肾内氧耗的影响。方法:通过5/6肾切除复制大鼠慢性肾功能衰竭模型。将造模成功的大鼠根据血清肌酐水平随机分为模型组、丹参多酚酸盐组、科素亚加蒙诺对照组,同时设立假手术组。干预60 d后,检测血清尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Scr)、肾血流量,肾动脉和肾静脉血气,计算残余肾内氧耗量。结果:①与假手术组比较,治疗前各组血清BUN、Scr明显升高(P<0.01),组间比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。②治疗后,假手术组和模型组较治疗前血清BUN、Scr水平无明显变化(P>0.05);与模型组比较,丹参多酚酸盐组大鼠血清BUN、Scr水平下降(P<0.05),内生肌酐清除率上升(P<0.05),肾内氧耗较模型组明显降低(P<0.01),肾静脉血流量升高(P<0.05),血红蛋白升高(P<0.05),丹参多酚酸盐组与科素亚加蒙诺组比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:丹参多酚酸盐可通过提高残余肾组织的肾血流量、降低残余肾内氧耗、改善残余肾组织能量代谢以改善肾功能、延缓慢性肾脏疾病的进展。Objective: To investigate the effects of Salvianolate on renal function and renal oxygen consumption in rats with chronic renal failure (CRF). Methods: The CRF models were established by 5/6 nephrectomy. The models were randomized into model group, Salvianolate group and Cozaar-Monopril control group based on Scr level, and the sham operation group was estab- lished too. After 60 days' management, the serum urea nitrogen, Scr, renal blood flow and blood in renal artery and vein were de- tected to calculate remained renal oxygen consumption. Results: (1) Compared with the sham operation group, the BUN and Scr before treatment were increased sharply (P 〈 0.01 ) , there were no significant differences between all groups( P 〉 0.05 ). ~) After treatment, no significant difference was found in BUN and Scr in the sham operation group and the model group (P 〉 0.05 ) ; compared with model group, the levels of BUN and Scr were decreased in Salvianolate group (P 〈0.05), the endogenous creatinine clearanee rate was increased (P 〈 0.05 ), the renal oxygen consumption was decreased obviously (P 〈 O. 01 ), blood flow in renal vein was increased ( P 〈 0.05 ) , the HGB was raised ( P 〈 0.05 ). There was no significant difference between Salvianolate group and Cozaar-Monopril control group ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion : Salvianolate can improve the renal function and retard the progress of chronic renal diseases by increasing renal blood flow, decreasing the renal oxygen consumption and improving energy metabolism in renal tissues.
