摘  要:文章采用溶胶法制备纳米二氧化钛溶胶,并用于整理棉织物,探讨了织物抗紫外整理时整理液浓度、浴比、轧余率、添加剂种类及加入量对整理效果的影响,通过测定织物的抗紫外性能、SEM及断裂强力对织物整理效果进行表征。结果表明:利用溶胶技术,在低温条件下对纯棉织物进行功能整理是可行的,经过整理的织物具有突出的抗紫外性能。Nano-titanium dioxide was prepared by Sol-gel method, and ultraviolet resistance on cotton fabric was carried out with the TiO2 sol. The effect of the concentration of finishing solution, liquor ratio, liquor retention, the types and quantity of surfactant were discussed in this experiment. The UV-resistance property, SEM and breaking strength of the fabric were determinated. The results show that functional finish on cotton fabric is feasible by means of sol technique at low temperature, The fabrics treated with the finishing agent had excellent UV resistant property.
