早熟方治疗痰热互结型女童性早熟的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察早熟方治疗痰热互结型女童性早熟的临床疗效。方法将60例病例随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组予早熟方,对照组予抗早2号方,疗程均为24周;观察临床症状、体征、身高、体质量、生长速率,及血清促卵泡生成素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)水平及子宫容积、卵巢容积、骨龄的变化情况,并评价临床疗效。结果①治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为86.7%、83.3%;组间临床疗效比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。②两组血清FSH、LH、E2水平治疗前后组内比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);组间治疗后比较,各指标差异亦无统计学意义(P>0.05)。③治疗组子宫、卵巢容积治疗前后组内比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组仅左侧卵巢容积治疗后较治疗前差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间治疗后比较,各指标差异亦无统计学意义(P>0.05)。④两组骨龄治疗后较治疗前差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间治疗后比较,骨龄、身高、体质量和生长速率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,治疗组、对照组身高和体质量较健康对照组同期差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。⑤痰热互结证性早熟女童中肥胖率高于同龄健康儿童(P<0.05)。结论早熟方治疗痰热互结型女童性早熟临床疗效确切,可改善性征,抑制骨龄快速增长,其作用与抗早2号方相当。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of “Zaoshu Granule” in treating sexual precocity of phlegm-heat pattern in girls. Methods Sixty cases were randomized into two groups ： treatment group in which 30 cases were treated by “Zaoshu Granule” and control group in which 30 cases were treated by No. 2 pre- seription, with the course of 24 weeks; the clinical symptoms, sign, height, weight, growth rate, levels of FSH, LH and E2 , intrauterine volume, ovarian volume and bone age were detected. The clinical efficaey was evaluated. Results ①The overall effective rate was 86.7% in treatment group and 83.3% in control group, without significant difference between the two groups（ P 〈 O, 05 ）. ②in both of the groups, there was no significant difference in serum levels of FSH, LH, and E2 before and after treatment （P 〉0.05 ） ; after treatment, no significant differem：e was found in all the indexes between the two groups （P 〉 0.05 ）. ③In treatment group, no significant difterence was found in intrauterine w）lume and ovarian volume before and after treatment （P 〉 0.05） ; in control group, there was significant difference in left ovarian volume between before and after treatment （P 〈 0.05 ） ; after treatment, no significant difference was found in all the indexes between the two groups （ P 〉 O. 05 ）. ④In both of the groups, there was significant difference in bone age between before and after treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; after treatment, no significant difference was found in all the indexes between the two groups （P 〉 0.05）. After treatment, there were significant differences in height and weight between treatment group and control group （P 〈 0.05）. ⑤Obesity rate of sexual precocity with phlegm-heat pattern in girls was higher than healthy children at the same age （ P 〈 O. 05 ）.
