电针联合清胰汤对急性胰腺炎肠麻痹的影响

摘　　要：目的研究电针联合清胰汤对治疗急性胰腺炎肠麻痹的影响。方法将124例患者随机分为治疗组(59例)和对照组(65例);对照组给予西医常规治疗,治疗组在西医常规治疗基础上行电针联合清胰汤灌肠治疗。观察两组患者确诊肠麻痹后至肛门首次排气或排便时间。结果治疗组患者肛门恢复排气时间为(3.5±1.0)d,对照组为(5.2±0.8)d,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论电针联合清胰汤灌肠可明显改善急性胰腺炎肠麻痹。Objective To research the effect of electro acupuncture combined “ Qingyi Decoction” on intestinal paralysis of acute pancreatitis. Methods One hundred and twenty-four cases were randomized into two groups ： treatment group in which 59 cases were treated by routine treatment combined electro acupuncture and ＇“ Qingyi Decoction”, and control group in which 65 cases were treated by routine treatment. The first aerofluxus of anus and defecation were observed in both of the groups. Results The aerofluxus recover time in treatment group was （3.5±1. 0） days, and in control group was （5.2 ± 0.8） days, with significant differ- ence between the two groups（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Combined electro acupuncture with “Qingyi Decoction”can alleviate the intestinal paralysis of acute pan- creatitis effectively.
