摘　　要：便秘一证绝非下法一途,其"汗、吐、下、和、清、温、补、消"八法尽而有之,从中医八法的角度对便秘治法加以阐述,提纲挈领地理清治疗便秘的思路,以求进一步指导临床。Constipation should not be treated by purgation only. In fact, it can be treated by “diaphoresis, vomiting, purgation, harmonizing, clearing, warming, reinforcing and dispersion”. This paper discusses the eight methods in the treatment of constipation to clear up the ideas in diagnosis and treatment.
