摘　　要：体育管理体制改革是新世纪我国体育界面临的重大课题。采用文献资料、逻辑分析等研究方法,分析了影响我国体育管理体制的因素,并结合经济学和管理学理论,揭示了存在的主要问题,提出了构建适应我国国情的体育管理体制的对策。The reform of sports management system of China is a major issue in 21st century. By using the methods of literature and logical analysis, and by applying theories of economics and management, it focuses on analyzing the factor which has a significant impact on the sports management system in China. it also reveals the existing problems, and proposes a possible reform project of sports management system adapted to the specific circumstances of China.
