摘　　要：地方性本科院校在人才培养目标的定位、学科设置、科学研究方面都呈现出鲜明的地方特色,研发建设河东文化特色文献专题数据库,可以充分发挥高校图书馆的特色馆藏优势,能真实全面、立体系统地反映河东文化文献资源全貌,能为河东文化研究者提供高层次、高效率的信息服务,对于传承、弘扬中华民族优秀传统文化,促进河东文化交流与传播,推进地方经济发展,有着深远的历史意义和重要的现实意义。Local undergraduate universities have outstanding characteristics in the positioning of objectives of talent cultivation, discipline settings, and scientific research. Construction of local culture database is a great chance to make full use of advantages of the characteristic collection of university libraries, comprehensively reflect culture literature of Hedong Culture, and offer researchers quality and efficient information service. This has great significance to carry forward Chinese traditional culture, promote cultural exchange and transmission of Hedong Culture, and promote local economic development.
