摘　　要：主要是研究信度系数ρXX'与α系数这两系数的联系,以此来分析结构方程模型.首先,根据古典检验理论推导了信度与α系数公式,随后介绍了两类特殊的结构方程模型,且推导了对应的信度系数.结合信度系数与α系数来分析具体的结构方程模型,通过两者关系来确定此模型是否合理,间接说明结构方程模型数据的可信程度.The article mainly analysis structural equation model, by studying the relationship of two coefficients, that one is reliability and the other is coefficient alpha. According to the classical test theory, we deduce the formula of reliability and coefficient alpha and described two kinds of special structural equation model, so that, We reaped the corresponding reliability. On the basis of the former results, we make use of the relationship of reliability and coefficient alpha to analyze a particular SEM, which indi- rectly explaining the believable degree of the data of SEM. Meanwhile, we can examine whether the model is reasonable by the relationship of the two coefficients.
