摘 要:采用光照培养箱室内培养法,将蛋白核小球藻暴露于不同质量浓度苯丙醇类抗生素的水体中4 d,研究3种苯丙醇类抗生素氟苯尼考(FF)、甲砜霉素(TAP)和氯霉素(CAP)对蛋白核小球藻种群生长的影响.研究结果表明:氟苯尼考、甲砜霉素和氯霉素对蛋白核小球藻的生长有一定的抑制作用,该效应表现出一定的质量浓度和时间依赖性,48 h的EC50分别为10.42 mg/L、84.35 mg/L和28.66 mg/L;96 h的EC50依次为9.40、64.92和25.26mg/L.氟苯尼考、甲砜霉素和氯霉素对蛋白核小球藻的安全浓度分别为0.94、6.49和2.53 mg/L.结果还表明,这3种苯丙醇类抗生素,以氟苯尼考对蛋白核小球藻生长的抑制作用最大,氯霉素次之,甲砜霉素最小.The growth inhibition effects of phenicol antibiotics, including florfenicol (FF), thiamphenicol (TAP) and chloramphenicol (CAP), on a freshwater green algae Chlorella pyenoidosa, were examined in an artificial-lighting incubator. The results showed that FF, TAP and CAP inhibited the growth of the algae in a time-and dose-dependent manner. The medial effective concentrations ( EC50 ) of FF, TAP, and CAP for48 h were 10.42, 84.35 and 28.66 mg/L, as well as 9.40, 64.92 and 25.26 mg/L for 96 h, respectively. Therefore, the safe concentrations of FF, TAP and CAP for Chlorella pyenoidosa were O. 94, 6.49 and 2.53 mg/L respectively. Our results also demonstrated that, the three phenicol antibiotics inhibited the growth of Chlorella pyenoidosa in the order of FF 〉 CAP 〉 TAP.
