摘　　要：报道一台检测激光玻璃中白金颗粒的系统。它是一台由计算机控制的扫描系统,被检测材料尺寸为600mm×300mm×40mm,扫描范围为600mm×300mm,激光能量密度大于20J/cm2,已成功地检测出白金颗粒。The detecting system of platinum inclusions in laser glass is reported. It is a scanning system controlled by a computer. The testing sample sizes: 600 mm×300 mm×40 mm. The scanning region: 600 mm×300 mm. Laser fluence is more than 20 J/cm 2. The platinum inclusions are tested successfully. The sizes of platinum inclusions is less than 10 μm can be tested.
