紫外-可见光分光光度法测定无梗五加叶与刺五加叶中总黄酮含量

摘　　要：采用分光光度法,以芦丁为对照品,在500nm处测定无梗五加叶及刺五加叶总黄酮的含量。结果显示,无梗五加干叶的总黄酮含量为1.078%;刺五加干叶的总黄酮含量为4.284%。本试验为更好地开发利用刺五加和无梗五加资源提供了理论参考依据。Provided theoretical references for the better development and utilization of the resources of Acanthopanax sessiliflorus and Acanthopanacis Senticosus. The flavonoids contents in the leaves of Acanthopanax sessiliflorus and Acanthopanacis Senticosus were measured at 500nm with Rutin as the reference. The results showed that： the flavonoids contents in Acanthopanax sessiliflorus were 1.078%, and in A canthopanacis Senticosus were 4.284%.
