摘　　要：为了加强聚氨酯(PU)产品生产工艺监控程序,进一步提高产品质量,从工艺参数记录、环节故障报警提示等角度出发,提出聚氨酯胶生产数据集中监控的思路,并设计DCS监控系统的改造方案,最终实现了聚氨酯生产流程监控系统的安装与使用。表明DCS监控系统是加强聚氨酯工艺控制的较好方法,也是胶粘剂产品控制系统发展的必然趋势。This paper proposed the centralized monitoring idea of PU production data from the point of view of process parameters recording and link fault warning,etc.,so as to strengthen the monitoring procedure of PU production process and improve the product quality. By designing the modification plan of DCS monitoring system and putting it into practices, the monitoring system of PU production process has been successfully installed and applied. It draws a conclusion that DCS monitoring system is a better method to enhance the PU process control,and also an inevitable development trend of adhesive products monitoring system.
