摘 要:草浆造纸黑液经水热炭化法两级处理,黑液COD去除率可达95%,脱硅率超过80%,色度降低80%。水热炭化液经预蒸发、石灰乳苛化,碱回收率介于77%~81%。水热炭化料经炭化、水蒸汽物理活化可制备活性炭产品,其吸附性能达到商品级活性炭。水热炭化法处理造纸黑液具有较好的实用价值。Straw back liquor was treated with two-stage hydro-thermal charring method, which lead to COD removal rate up to 95%, silicon removal rate above 80% and chroma reduction by 80% in the back liquor. Hydro-thermal charring liquor was evaporated and causticized by lime, with the alkali recovery rate between 77% and 81%. Activated carbon was made by charring and water vapor activation, its adsorption performance was in accordance to commercial activated carbon. It proved that the hydro-thermal charring process has good actual value for back liquor treatment.
