中段水污泥在瓦楞原纸生产上的应用

摘　　要：主要探讨了中段水污泥用于高强瓦楞原纸的最佳工艺和生产应用效果。应用最佳工艺:污泥改性剂的溶解浓度为0.1%,污泥改性剂对中段水污泥的用量为0.15%,改性后的中段水污泥对废纸浆用量为3%。生产应用效果:在保证瓦楞原纸质量指标的基础上,吨纸生产成本下降53元,并且解决了制浆造纸中段水污泥的二次污染问题。The article discussed the optimum conditions and the applying effects tbr the application of the sludge from effluent treatment plant in corrugating medium. The optimum conditions for application：the dissolved concentration of sludge modifier 0.1%. the dosage of the modifier on the sludge 0.15%. the charge of the modified sludge on the pulp fror, a waste paper 3%. The production proved that the cost per ton of paper is reduced by 53 yuan on keeping the same quality level. This technology was used to solve the problem of secondary pollution in paper industry.
