摘 要:选择国内外3个不同公司的硫堇,利用循环伏安法对硫堇电聚合膜(PTH)进行了研究.实验中发现,利用购于不同公司的硫堇在玻碳电极(GCE)表面制备的电聚合硫堇膜表现出不同的电化学行为,用Sigma公司和上海国药公司硫堇制备的聚硫堇修饰玻碳电极(PTH/GCE)的循环伏安图出现1对氧化还原峰,而利用Alfa Aesar公司硫堇制备的PTH/GCE出现了2对氧还原峰.实验中考察了扫描电位范围以及pH条件对PTH/GCE电化学行为的影响.结果表明,在GCE上,电聚合TH的最佳扫描电位范围为-0.45~0.15V,Sigma公司和上海国药公司TH电聚合的最佳酸度条件为pH 6.0,而Aalfa Aesar公司TH电聚合的酸度条件为pH 7.0.所得到的实验结果对生物传感器的研究与应用具有一定参考价值.In this paper,the electrochemical behaviors of the Poly(THionine)(PTH) modified glassy carbon electrode(GED) were investigated with cyclic voltammetry(CV).It was found that there were different redox properties for the electropolymerized thionine from different companies.The PTH prepared with the thionine from Alfa Aesar Company on the GED appeared two pairs of redox peaks,while the PTHs prepared with another two companies both showed one pair of redox peak in the CV of modified electrode.Additionally,the PTHs prepared with the thionine from Shanghai Guoyao Company and Sigma Company on the GED showed the greater response current and better invertibility in the potential range of-0.45 ~ 0.15 V versus SCE in phosphate buffer solution of pH 6.0.However,the optimum acidity for the electropolymerization of thionine from Alfa Aesar Company on the GCE is pH 7.0.The results are of the practical significance in studying biosensor.
