基于主成分分析的东北中心城市物流业发展水平测评

摘　　要：物流业不仅涉及领域较广、吸纳就业人数众多,而且具有促进生产、拉动消费等功能,是促进区域产业结构调整、加速经济发展方式转变和增强区域经济竞争能力的重要产业部门.大力发展物流业,既是东北三省物流产业发展的内在需求,也是振兴东北老工业基地的重要产业计划.基于东北地区物流业的发展基础和《东北地区物流业发展规划(2011～2015)》,采用主成分分析方法,选取物流需求、物流供给、物流环境3个一级指标及其20个二级指标测评东北地区四大中心城市的物流产业发展水平.结果显示:长春、哈尔滨在第一主成分排名中靠后,沈阳、哈尔滨在第二主成分排名中居前,综合测评的排名顺序为大连、沈阳、哈尔滨、长春.As a significant branch of industry,logistics industry helps to improve regional industrial structure adjustment,accelerate the transformation of economy growth mode,and strengthen the regional economic competitiveness.It touches upon many fields and can not only absorb large number of employees but also boost production and stimulate consumption.Developing logistics industry in a big way is an inner urge of logistics development for the three provinces of northeast China.It is a important industrial project to revitalize the old industrial base of Northeast China.On the basis of logistics development foundation in northeast china and the Logistics Development Plan for Northeast China Area（2011~2015）,the paper employs principal component analysis to evaluate the levels of logistics development in the four central cities of northeast china.Furthermore,the assessment index system consists of three first-class indexes named as ＂logistics demand＂,＂logistics supply＂and ＂logistics environment＂ and further divides into twenty second-class indexes.The results show that Changchun and Harbin rank low on the first principal component,Shenyang and Harbin rank top on the second principal component.The integrated ranking is Dalian,Shenyang,Harbin,Changchun.
