摘 要:目的对比分析超声弹性成像(UE)与乳腺影像学报告及数据系统(BI-RADS)在乳腺肿块诊断中的价值。方法对483例(541个肿块)乳腺肿块患者(良性358个,恶性183个)分别进行BI-RADS评分及UE检查,以病理诊断为金标准,对比分析UE与BI-RADS评分诊断乳腺肿块良恶性的准确性。结果 UE诊断乳腺肿块的敏感性89.1%、特异性91.9%、准确性90.9%,BI-RADS评分诊断乳腺肿块的敏感性95.6%、特异性70.4%、准确性78.9%。结论 UE对乳腺肿块诊断的准确性高于BI-RADS评分,但临床上应将二者联合应用。Objective To compare the value of ultrasonic elastography(UE) and breast imaging report and data system(BI-RADS) in the differential diagnosis of breast solid lesions. Methods Four hundred and eighty-three patients with 541 lesions(358 benign,183 malignant) were examined by UE and assessed by BI-RADS respectively. To use the pathologic diagnosis as the gold standard,the accuracies of UE and BI-RADS in the diagnosis of benign and malignant breast masses were comparatively analyzed. Results The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of UE were 89. 1%, 91.9% and 90.9%, respectively, which of BI-RADS were 95.6% 70.4% and 78.9%, respectively. Conclusion The accuracy of UE is significantly higher than that of BI-RADS. The combination of both could be beneficial.
