益心脉颗粒对冠心病患者血清hs-CRP、IL-6和IL-18的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨益心脉颗粒对改善冠心病患者心绞痛的症状及对血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)及白细胞介素-18(IL-18)水平的影响。方法 120例血瘀型冠心病心绞痛患者按随机数字表法分成两组:益心脉组60例在常规西药治疗的基础上,同时服用益心脉颗粒;安慰剂组60例在常规西药的基础上,给予安慰剂治疗。两组均治疗4周,比较两组的疗效,并于治疗前后分别检测两组血清hs-CRP、IL-6和IL-18水平。结果治疗后益心脉组的疗效优于安慰剂组(P<0.05);益心脉组较安慰剂组血清hs-CRP、IL-6、IL-18水平下降值更大,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.01)。结论益心脉颗粒治疗冠心病的临床疗效好,能降低患者血清hs-CRP、IL-6和IL-18水平。Objective To explore the Effect of YIXINMAI granule on high-sensitivity C-reactive protein （hs-CRP）,interleukin-6（IL-6） and interleukin-18（IL-18） in patients with coronary artery disease. Metllods One hundred and twenty patients with angina pectoris due to coronary artery disease were randomly divided into the treatment group（n =60） and control group （ n = 60 ）. The treatment group was administrated with YIXINMAI granule and ordinary western medicines. The control group was administrated with ordinary western medicines only. After 4-week treatment,comparison of efficacy of the two groups was done. And the levels of hs-CRP, IL-6 and IL-18 were detected before and after treatment, respectively. Results The efficacy of treatment group was better than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05 ） ; The levels of hs-CRP,IL-6 and IL-18 in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group（P 〈0.01 ）. Conclusion YIXINMAI granule has a good effect on the patients with coronary artery disease, and it can reduce the levels of hs-CRP,IL-6 and IL-18 in patients with coronary artery disease.
