摘　　要：设计的特宽型缩幅定形机用于涤纶及丙纶高密度织物的定形,为带式过滤机提供合格的工业过滤用布。过程主要包括特宽型缩幅定形机总体结构设计与各组成机构设计,具体介绍了特宽型缩幅定形机结构组成、工作原理,确定了机器相关性能参数。该机器剪切精度较高,提高了生产效率,安装方便,具有一定的应用和经济价值。This paper discusses the design of extra-wide width contraction setting machine for shaping polyester and polypropylene high density fabric used for qualified industrial fihering cloth on belt filter. This paper mainly introduces the general design of the setting machine structure and its components design with the setting machine structure, working principle, determined related machine working parameters described. The machine is of high shearing accuracy and convenient installation, improved production efficiency, and has certain application and economic value.
