摘 要:研究了氧气低温等离子体处理对棉织物性能的影响。以低温等离子体的处理时间、处理功率以及真空度为影响因素设计正交试验,通过测试处理后棉织物的白度、断裂强力、质量损失率,以及用活性橙Levafix Orange E-3GA染料染色的上染率和固色率,对处理工艺进行优化。结果表明,在真空度为40 Pa、处理时间为180 s、处理功率为90 W的条件下,处理后织物的上染率提高了31.5%,固色率提高了将近3倍,断裂强力提高了14%,白度降低了3%。In this paper is investigated the effect of low-temperature oxygen plasma treatment on the properties of cotton fabric. The treatment process is optimized by using low-temperature plasma processing time, processing power and vacuum pressure as orthogonal factors, and after the whiteness, breaking strength and mass loss of the treated fabric are tested as well as reactive Levafix Orange E -3 GA dye is used to test the fixation and dye-takeup rate of the dyed fabric. The result shows that by using a vacuum of 40Pa, processing time of 180s and processing power of 90W, the take up rate of the treated fabric is increased by 31.5% with the color fixing rate increased nearly three times, the breaking strength increased by 14% and the whiteness decreased by 3%.
