洋葱皮上染亚麻织物的染色工艺

摘　　要：利用洋葱皮提取液对亚麻织物进行染色,同时使用稀土、铝盐和铁盐作为媒染剂进行媒染处理。通过正交试验和单因子实验法,确定洋葱皮提取液染亚麻织物的最佳染色工艺条件为:染料浓度30 g/L,染色温度50℃,时间30 min,pH值3。结果表明:经媒染染色的亚麻织物的色差值明显提高,摩擦色牢度和耐皂洗色牢度均较未媒染织物提高0.5～2级。Linen fabric was dyed in the dye liquor extracted from onionskin and mixed with rare earth, ferrous salt and aluminum salt as mordant agent. The optimal condition for dyeing was determined through orthogonal experiment. The optimum dyeing condition is 30g/L of dyeing concentration with pH = 3, temperature 70℃ and dyeing time 30mins. The color difference of the dyed linen fabric with this mordant agent is better than that of untreated fabric. The rubbing fastness and washing fastness of the mordant dyed fabric are improved by 0.5 - 2 degree.
