摘 要:为研制多元功能混纺纱线,筛选确定了抗紫外线纤维(含纳米TiO_2)、Amicor^(TM)、Coolplus~、圣麻4种功能纤维以10种比例混纺成纱,并进行纱线基本性能(断裂强度、毛羽、捻系数、细度不匀CV)测试。通过对纱线基本性能的聚类分析、混纺比与纱线基本性能的相关性分析,确定适合成纱的4种纱线的混纺比分别为:35/45/15/5,25/45/20/10,25/35/25/15,25/45/15/15。In order to develop multi-function blended yam, four types of functional fibers ( UV-resistant fiber ( containing nano-TiO2 ) , AmicorTM , Coolplus, Sangrna) were blended in 10 different blending ratioes. And their basic properties of the blended yarns ( breaking strength, degree of Hairiness, twist factor, irregularity of the yarn fineness) were tested. Based on the cluster analysis on the yam basic properties and correlation analysis between yarn blending ratioes and basic properties, four different yarn blending ratioes for the suitable formed yarn were determined as (UV-resistant fibers/Coolplus/Amicor/shengma) 35/45/15/5, 25/45/20/10, 25/35/25/15, 25/45/ 15/15.
