摘　　要：探讨知识管理技术在印染企业信息管理中的作用及应用方法。分析了印染行业特点、信息化现状以及印染企业业务过程,提出了基于业务的印染企业信息管理总体框架;结合知识管理理论,分析印染企业知识内容,提出印染企业知识管理体系;最终构建基于知识的印染企业信息管理体系。该研究为提高印染企业信息应用及知识创新能力提供理论参考与技术支持。This study aims at exploring the role and application method of knowledge management technology in information management for printing and dyeing enterprises. A framework of business-based information management for printing and dyeing enterprises is presented after analyzed the industry characters, information status and business processes of printing and dyeing industry. Based on the theory of knowledge management and analysis of knowledge content of printing and dyeing enterprises, a knowledge management system for printing and dyeing enterprises is put forward. Eventually, a knowledge-based information management system for printing and dyeing enterprises is built up. This study provides theoretical references and technical supports to the improvement of information application and knowledge innovation of printing and dyeing enterprise.
