摘 要:介绍了一种结构紧凑的一体化混合集成本振混频组件和工程设计方法。该组件由具有机械调谐功能的鳍线耿氏振荡器与采用简化鳍线一微带魔T结构制作的单平衡混频器连接构成。设计制作的工程样品在Ka频段的测试指标为:本振工作在35 GHz,射频在26.5~40 GHz的频率范围内变化时,组件的变频损耗为4.7~9.5dB:中频选定为100MHz,射频随本振在33~37GHz的4GHz机调带宽内变化时,组件的变频损耗为4.9~6.2dB。A compact integrative millimeter-wave hybrid integrated local oscillator-mixer component and its design method are presented in this paper. This component consists of a mechanical tuning finline Gunn oscillator and a balanced mixer using a simple finline-microstrip magic-T structure. The measured values of the designed and fabricated component at the Ka band have been obtained: with LO at 35 GHz, the conversion loss of 4.7 to 9.5 dB has been achieved with RF varied from 26.5 to 40 GHz; and with IF at 100 MHz, the conversion loss of 4.9 to 6.2 dB has been achieved when the RF is changed with LO which is varied from 33 to 37 GHz.
