疏风宣肺解毒方对豚鼠止咳作用及其机理的研究

摘　　要：目的:观察疏风宣肺解毒方的止咳作用,并分析探讨其作用机理。方法:使用豚鼠枸橼酸致咳法,观察疏风宣肺解毒方的止咳作用,并检测豚鼠肺组织中的SOD、MDA和IL-2因子,观察其对气管平滑肌的影响。结果:疏风宣肺解毒方的大、中剂量组与空白对照组相比,豚鼠的咳嗽潜伏期显著延长,咳嗽次数明显减少(P<0.05),疏风宣肺解毒方并能提高肺组织SOD、IL-2含量,降低MDA含量,其解痉率与空白对照组相比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:疏风宣肺解毒方具有较好的止咳作用,其机理可能通过影响SOD、MDA应激反应指标和IL-2炎症因子,并解除气管平滑肌痉挛而发挥止咳作用。Objective：To observe cough-relieving effects of Shufeng Xuanfei Jiedu decoction and analyze its mechanism. Methods ： Cough-relieving effect of Shufeng Xuanfei Jiedu decoction on cough models of guinea pigs induced by citric acid was observed. Content of SOD, MDA and IL-2 in lung tissue was detected. Results：Compared with blank control group, incubation period for cough was prolonged,frequency of cough was reduced in Shufeng Xuanfei Jiedu decoction high and medium-dose group （P〈0.05）. Shufeng Xuanfei Jiedu decoction can improve the content of SOD and IL-2,decreased content of MDA in lung tissue. The rate of spasm was higher in Shufeng Xuanfei Jiedu decoction groups than that in blank control group （P〈0.01）.Conclusion ：Shufeng Xuanfei Jiedu decoction has cough-relieving effect. Its mechanism may be related to its influence on content of SOD, MDA and IL-2 in lung tissue and spasmolysis effect.
