摘　　要：基于过去应用不同的综合评价方法对同一社会经济现象进行评价时,其评价结果总存在差异的现象,提出一种系统综合评价方法,克服了以往应用一种方法在评价中的片面性,使评价结果更加全面、客观。同时应用此方法对江苏省十三个城市的设施水平进行了综合评价。Based on the deviation in the results of evaluation by using different methods to evaluate the same economical phenomenon, this paper proposes a system method of comprehensive evaluation to make the result more objective and comprehensive, avoiding tion.
