摘　　要：运用溴化亚铜激光光动力学疗法治疗鲜红斑痣２９６ 例，红斑完全消退１８５ 例（６２－５ ％），部分消退１１１ 例（３７－５ ％） ，无效０ ，并发疤痕１５ 例。Cases of port wine stains(PWS) were treated by photodynamic therapy(PDT) of cuprous bromide laser,including which 185 cases (62.5%)gained the result of thorough remission,111 cases (37.5%)gained the result of partial remission and 15 cases complicated with scar formation.PDT is proved to be an effective therapy for PWS while it also needs improving.
