摘　　要：迭部地处青藏高原东部边缘,山高谷深,平均海拔在2700m以上,畜牧业是该县的支柱产业。近年来,迭部县90%的天然草地有不同程度的退化,其中40%的严重退化,导致牧草产量、品质下降,草地载畜能力降低。针对草地生态系统日益恶化的趋势,提出了落实草场有偿承包责任制、以草定畜、建立草地生态补偿机制等实现草地生态建设和经济社会可持续发展的措施和建议。in Diebu county is located in the eastern edge of Qinghai - Tibet Plateau, in a deep valley, average altitude of more than 2700m, and stock raising is the pillar in this county. In recent years, 90% natural grass- land degenerated different degrees, of which 40% serious degradated, and leading to forage yield, quality, grasslan contract d carrying capacity is reduced. According to worsening trend of the grassland ecosystem, prairie to paid system of job responsibility was proposed, decision livestock with grass, and come into the grassland ecological compensation mechanism to realize ecological construction and economic society sustainable develop- ment measures and suggestions.
