摘　　要：响应中央"建设社会主义文化强国"的号召,河南省提出了"文化强省"的发展战略,新乡市也相应地提出了"文化强市"的发展目标。文章从新乡市发展文化产业的形势、文化产业的定位、文化产业的战略性策略组合、文化产业的保障体系四个方面,对新乡市文化产业发展战略进行了探讨,提出了比较系统的新乡市文化产业发展战略。In response to the call of ＂Constructing a Socialism Cultural Power＂, Henan province put forward devel- opment strategy of building ＂A Strong Cultural Province＂, and Xinxiang also put forward the development target of building ＂A Strong Cultural City＂. The paper tries to discuss the development strategy of Xinxiang cultural industry from four aspects ： the analysis of the development of culture industry, the positioning analysis of the development of cultural industry, strategy group of culture industry and security system of culture industry. And then it put forward systemic development strategy of Xinxiang cultural industry.
