论汉武帝时期对西南夷道路的开发

摘　　要：汉武帝在秦朝"五尺道"的基础上,对西南夷的道路进行了大规模的开发和修建。所修西南夷道包括唐蒙道、西夷道、博南山道三段。对开发过程中所遇到的民族矛盾、经济困难、山险石硬等种种情况,积极应对,采取"厚赂"、"以其故俗治,毋赋税"、"各以地比"对口援助、"募豪民田南夷"、"积薪烧岩"等政策措施,终于成功开辟了"西南夷道",加强了内地与西南夷地区的联系和交流,有力地促进了民族大融合的发展,并为当今开发西南地区提供了借鉴。＂The Qin opens Wu Chi Road, the Han connects the Southwest. ＂ As early as two thousand years ago, First Emperor of Qin focused on development of the southwest, and when it was Emperor Wu of Western Han, the conditions to develop Southwest on a large scale were ripe. Emperor Wu of Western Han measured to manage the Southwest,to vigorously develop the Southwest road traffic ,to write the Southwest into the ＂Unity＂ chapter in the history. As for the problems encountered in the course to develop the Southwest,with a positive response and effec- tive measures, finally, Emperor Wu of Western Han successfully opened of ＂the Southwest Road＂ which based on the ＂Five Foot Road＂ of Qin Dynasty. It not only strengthened the linked between the Mainland and the Southwest region and exchanges, ment of the Southwest but also effectively promotes the development of national amalgamation, and provides develop- region for the current reference.
